Thank you for everything this weekend! We have stayed at several KOA's and yours was by far the nicest and cleanest! We are already talking about coming back up next summer and brining the kids because of all the kid friendly activities you offer along with the short distance to the beautiful Higgins Lake! We also went canoeing at Campbell's as you referred us to and it was great! Thank you so much and we will be staying with you again!!

Thank you so much for a perfect stay this past weekend, and thank you so much for making our vacation to Higgins Lake this summer so much fun! I would like to thank the staff for finding a place for us to stay on last minute notice, as my reservation was the following week. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, even had delivery service of campfire to our site. When problems arose, they were quickly correctly with new wood! The bathroom was always stocked and freshly cleaned. Our family really enjoyed the themed Halloween weekend. It was the perfect weekend as it was cold and rainy just like a weekend in October!

My kids and I had a awesome stay. We loved the nice large site we had. The movies were fun for them, and they had a great time exploring. The camp itself was very clean, even the bathrooms. But I must say that my favorite part were the people that work there. A couple (Barb and Tim) were so great--the sweetest people u could meet. They were friendly with the kids and very nice to talk with. Thank you.

Thank you and your wonderful staff for a great stay at your KOA. We were there this past week end and stayed in Studio 3 and loved it, even if the bathroom door locked us in! We were there in mid-June in our motorhome with our grandkids and had a tremendous experience. The one thing that makes your KOA standout is your customer service. Everyone is friendly,helpful, funny and always working so hard. The best was when I came in the office with a question and Sherri was holding a phone to each ear and still looked up and acknowledged me. I know that I cannot remember everyone's name but the one who served the sundaes was so pleasant with kids and the one who checked our cabin when we left was great as well. Everyone is skilled in customer service, including the young man who was sweeping the walk outside the office. The gentleman who made the evening fires was awesome and made great fires for us to enjoy while watching the chipmunks. Thanks again for a great stay, we will certainly remember our fun times there and will return, not only because of KOA's reputation, but because of how you treat everyone who visits you. In this day and age of some businesses being too busy to spend time on customer service, you are doing an outstanding job.

Dear KOA Employees,

Thank you so much for making our vacation to Higgins Lake this summer so much fun! Our daughters loved all you had to offer, from the daily arts and crafts to the monkey jumper and rock wall. We greatly appreciate your wonderful customer service and friendly employees. After staying in both the Pirates Cove Yurt and the Moose Lodge during our stay we will be sure to come back next year, both were well above standard on cleanliness. Your campground will most likely become our yearly family tradition. We will be sure to get, at the very least, a day pass the next time we are up your way. And when family from out-of-state takes over grandmas's cabin, and there isn't enough room for us we'll definitely be staying with you instead of the state park because it is well worth the few extra miles drive. Thanks again and keep up the good work!
